These terms cover the current pre-launch waitlist site operated by MedSnapshot ("MedSnapshot", "we", "us"). By submitting your email to the waitlist, you agree to the terms below.
MedSnapshot is not yet publicly available. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription, an account, or any guarantee of access — it registers your interest in receiving an early-access invitation.
MedSnapshot is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. It stores your health records, extracts biomarkers, and explains in plain language what a term or value means and which type of specialist typically handles it (for example, what "LDL" is and that it falls under a cardiologist) — plus reminders you set, to take a medication or book a follow-up visit. It never tells you what condition you have or how to treat it; decisions about your health are made with a qualified clinician.
You agree not to use the waitlist form to submit false information or to attempt to disrupt this website.
